false spamming ban/cant log back in

so i was falsely banned from the adult mobile room and made an account and got some help from the admins but i still cant log in now bc it says incorrect username or PW. ive rechecked 10 times and still nothing. i have no idea what is happening would greatly appreciate some help!

When you created your new account did you get an email confirmation?
 
im positive the name and PW is correct so i think it just still has me hard banned and won't let me through? I've tried even making a newer account. It constantly says you've "reached the maximum # of attempts please try again later"

Since the admin of the room can't fix it. I suggest you go here https://www.chat-avenue.com/feedback.html and email them so they can look further into your issue and faster. Make the topic as tech support so they know.

If you use the forgot password button and enter your email, you'll be sent an email that contains your username and a temporary password. Hope this helps.
 
i really appreciate it, unfortunately i tried that and the very email i used this afternoon to create this member account....it says no user found with this information or something similar to that. it's actually the craziest damn thing and my luck when it comes to this kind of thing☹️
 
Did you create an account in the adult rooms? Your forums account will only work in forums and you have to create a new account for each individual room
 
everytime i try it says I've "reached the maximum amount of attempts" in red lettering stopping me in my tracks
 
OK, I would suggest rebooting your device if you're on mobile data, or rebooting your router if you're using Wi-Fi, and then trying again to register a new user account.
 
done all this and still no luck getting in the adult mobile room. It's so damn perplexing as i followed all your steps and tricks and nothing worked. im just locked tf out of that room and have no clue why?
 
are you using a VPN?

Could try go to your browser- - go into developer mode and SS the error panel (the red letters)and send that to your admin and/ or Chatmaster

(and disable any ad blocker while you're at it)

could be these also:

  • You’re using a VPN - the sites are blocking these. Often used in attempts to bypass bans and other suspicious activities
  • Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site
  • An alternate account of yours has been banned
  • The host might be blacklisted
  • A bug. Try clearing history/cache
