Falsely accused of being a pedophile. How do I get unbanned.

My screen name is kaltriguy. I was banned from the gay chat room for being a pedophile. This was either a mistake or the result of a malicious complaint. I have never posted about under age children. I have never sought to speak with or meet underage children. And I have never requested, received, or sent images of under age children. If chat avenue has any evidence to the contrary, I request that they send it to my email account. How do I resolve this matter?
