Falsely Banned for spam in Video Chat

I was just banned for "spam" when I was in an entirely different window on my computer utilizing an entirely different site. Therefore It would have been impossible for me to "spam" since I was just logged in but was not actively using the video chat room. Which Mod did this and will there be repercussions?

i am the one who kicked foor the name lilpuss. that just screams pe do in a room of 18 and up.
nope i am not undoing the kick. you can just stay gone cause as soon i see you after kick i'm switching to lifetime ban.
