Coats : Mackage (down and leather ONLY. Their wool sucks), Parajumpers and Belstaff.

I work at a high-end retailer, so I get a few perks on my clothing here and there.

I have couple of favorites : Abercrombie and Fitch, Diesel, Banana Republic.
Not sure what to think about this ten thousand customer service. On one hand the quality of their products is great, on the other - I didn't get any notifications about the delivery date and that was confusing a little. Anyone had such a experience?
