Feedback Form Error

Feedback form keep asking me to "Enter valid email ID" when I already provided my email ID and it was typed correctly, no space, etc.

I'm not able to proceed and send feedback because of this error.

My email ID is composed of letters, with special character and numbers. It goes something like : [email protected]

That might be the issue. Use a proper email address that has no special characters. Numbers should be fine since my email has them as well.

i have a proper email with no spaces or special characters (letters and numbers only) and it is used to register for this site and yet the feedback form gives me the same error.

I think the problem with the feedback form is that it goes nowhere.
