What i mean is nothing will happen because the software is now modern chatrooms flash is discontinued apart from a couple of chatrooms

as long as you still have flash player the rooms will still work
it is advised you update to the latest version of flash and dont try updating from other sites
its been fully discontinued

Unless they're converted to HTML5, which is doubtful since there are modern versions of nearly every room, they'll die alongside Flash. Once flash gets automatically uninstalled from everyone's computers in mid-January, the flash chatrooms simply won't be able to run.
