For or Against Marijuana

There's no drugs in Sweden?

Of course there's drugs in Sweden. You can't really successfully ban something. Although we don't allow any of it... Except for drugs that are universally deemed as legal (Caffeine & Nicotine.) Call it irony.

-Edit- And alcohol, of course...

I do believe the correct term would be hypocrisy.

Only caffeine and nicotine? There is no dangerous drugs that are "legal"?

And alcohol, I forgot adding that in... Can't really think of anything else.

Our drug policy is one of zero tolerance... Against illegal drugs. I wouldn't mind if every drug would become illegal one day. But, alas, money makes the world go around. It won't happen.

Really? The "doctors" in Sweden don't prescribe drugs such as pain-killers and anti-bionics. Are they witch-doctors?

You want all drugs banned but I bet you already have used drugs in your life - and would again in a heartbeat if it relieved any pain you were having or saved you life.

I'm all far for medicinal drugs. What I meant with 'drugs' are illegal drugs (hence the topic of this thread), and drugs that really should be illegal, but are not. If you want to be so extreme & literal, Ronny, be politically correct in the first place.

The topic of this thread in marijuana.

Like I said before - you're all for more dangerous "legal" drug but are anti-marijuana. Makes no sense.

I once had a 13 centimeter broken class stuck in my foot. Thanks to the painkillers, I didn't feel a lot of pain during the removal and when they stitched my foot. When in need, medicinal drugs like painkillers & antibiotics do wonders. They're a necessity, even though they come with possible side-effects, and if abused, death. Comparing them to marijuana is silly, really.

You're all for the more dangerous, chemical pain killers but are against the less dangerous, natural pain killer - and this makes sense to you? Mind-boggling is what it is.

They're only dangerous if a person abuses them. Besides, they save lives. Although I'm not necessarily against the option for medical marijuana, there is really no reason for it. There are better ways to treat the pain.

Is marijuana dangerous if a person "abuses" it?

By better ways of treating pain you mean with chemicals - as opposed to a natural way. OK... got it.

Yes. Consuming it has the full potential of making you stupid and some other psychological issues. So does other "natural" things. Natural doesn't always equal good.

And yeah, that's the 21st century, Ronny. We've reach quite far with our medical advancements. Get with the memo.

Sorry Andy... your thinking is so ass-backwards it's quite sad.

Why don't you smoke some weed and become smarter, then. Call me what you wish. Pothead logic is pothead logic -- it holds no ground in the real world... Thank God.

Your "logic" isn't logical. To say chemicals in your body is better for you. Simply insane.

I never ever ever everrrrr want to see Marijuana legalized. I would rather see it decriminalized because than the companies would get a hold of it and stuff it with chemicals, just like they did with cigarettes.

I am all for the decriminalizing of marijuana.
