Forum Ban Appeal Process

What's the process to appeal forum bans? We have an entire forum dedicated to chat bans but how does one appeal a forum ban? I tried to reach out to a UM in chat, because I wasn't banned from any of them despite the topic of my ban pertaining to chats, and was told it was "submitted" to be reviewed...only to be told that if i hadn't been unbanned clearly it was denied. You can't create an alt account because it gets you banned for evasion and then extended.

This is a legitimate question. The ban I just served was completely bogus. Nothing about the code that I ran was exploitive. I specifically pulled out the parts that allow you to flood the chat without getting hit with the autokick.

Too tired to read it all but I will say that I have messaged the admin before through email about getting me unbanned here when I was banned. I will also say it’s crazy how some of the people that have been banned here do not deserve it. That is all!

clearly this at the minimum has morphed into complaint, about a ban that's already been served, you were given clear instruction why your posts were removed, and what to refrain from.- you saw who was referenced. Don't agree? Take it up with CM or site admin.

you are literally free and able to message CM. The other alternative is and was contacting the site https://www.chat-avenue.com/feedback.html which I would have thought someone here for 20 years would know.

The feedback form ^ says relating to bans, to see the room admin- while forums isn't a chatroom its clear CM is the admin of forums. Apollos reply that email might expedite is noteworthy.

(I have been instructed that CM handles forums issues despite what naysayers claim) @Chatmaster
