The “solution” was marked by me as @StubleU ‘s post

The thread has been closed prematurely as the question posed by me wasn’t answered to my satisfaction.

HR has replied, marked his reply as the solution (forums moderators have the power to override the solution marked by the OP), and closed the thread.

I am asking that the thread is re-opened so that (1) the question I posed can be explored further and (2) I be permitted to mark my chosen reply as the solution.

This also raises the issue of whether a UM should be permitted to override an OP’s chosen solution that an OP asked - it’s not up to anyone else to decide what an OP deems as the solution, particularly when the UM is marking their own post in that way

my understanding is there needs to be some sort of disclaimer. (im not sure if thats VPN comp or this site who needs to do that, but yes the site can stop any VPN if they feel it needs to be.
 
Yes I’d agree. That should be given to potential buyer before money parted for VPN.

Even better VPN scrapped altogether if they have to be approved ban by CM. That’s just extra unnecessary hassle caused by arseholes. Anyway that’s a diff topic!!
