Friendlist Refresh After Chat Updates

After chat updates for Adult and Sex, the Friendlist doesn't refresh until it's clicked. It's a downgrade from the way it was before since it would automatically refresh like the Userlist every 30 seconds or so. Now, you can't see if a friend is online (or went offline) without specifically clicking to refresh it.

Also related, it'd be nice to have a "friend sounds" option that plays a sound when a friend comes online.
