Okay, Meghan, about HugsforDrugs... Pot is legal in many places around the world. Personally, I don't smoke nor do I agree with getting high, but, it doesn't break a chat room rule, so, I can't touch it.

This is the second time you have gone after this particular chatter. Maybe you should just use the "ignore" option on the people who offend you and try to have fun in the chat room.🙂

KC-24 Do not post anything gang related, either in text or in images (Including pfp/avatar) or videos (Do not place anything gang related in your profile or your mood)

There is a correlation between drugs and gangs. Research it as links cannot be posted on here.

It's not the point of winning. The point is you or your parents pay for VIP. VIP user can do whatever they want or have a user name that's questionable. I see it differently. Obviously you are a mod and are going to back up your other moderators. I get how the game goes. Have a great night.

I will not back up my fellow mods if they are wrong, but, I will also not speak against them in a public forum. That would be wrong, too.
Wrong is wrong - it doesn't matter if you are a chatter, mod, admin or even a Lysol-injecting, orange-faced, blithering idiot who thinks he's in charge of sh!t.😀

I just did this to Kirby last night. He had his 2nd strike, then when I was talking to someone else about them finding a bf, Kirby jumps in and says the n word. I told him that he should know that he is gonna be banned now because of his 3rd strike. Honestly I didn't want to do it because he is the first friend i ever made on chat avenue. He did so much for me, and helped me even become a reg, let alone a mod, on this site. Kicking him for his 3rd strike hurt me a lot, but as long as I'm making the chatroom safe and not letting kids 12 and under get exposed to curse words, derogatory terms, etc then I guess it's for the better. Do i feel like I lost a friend over it? Yes, I'm not happy in that matter. But, he was gonna get banned at some point anyway because of his kick history, so I just had to accept it. -.-
 
Damn, Ophelia, yeah, that had to hurt. You made the right decision as a mod.

See, what some of you people don't get is that moderating a chat room isn't all kicks and mutes and fun and favoritism and power trips and false kicks and whatever else bull-spit you think it is. We are teens, just like you. We have friends, we have enemies, we are emotional, we have private lives, we have issues at home. But, when it comes to being a mod, we have to put all that away and do our jobs based on the rules set by the owners and administrators of the room.

No, I'm not on here crying for sympathy or to demand respect. I'm just saying that sometimes, being a mod is hard. Its a lot of fun, too, but it can take its toll.

In my opinion, there are rules, and mods follow a system given to us by the Chatmaster and Arkham. If a user breaks the rule, the mods follow the system, and the user gets a penalty such as warning, mute and kick. If users don't like the rules and system, they can go elsewhere. Simple.
 
This "Hugsfordrugs" issue has now been resolved, name has been changed.

I walked down the street and saw a big sign

So, inside I ventured and what should I see
But a man chopping mushrooms and pepperoni

Another tossed flowery dough in the air
And another stirred sauce while he sat in a chair

A woman named Irma, though missing a tooth
Said, “Choose any table or sit in a booth.”

They made a fine pizza and served it to me
And when I was finished, they said it was free

“This place is amazing – too good to be true
When I leave, I’ll tell all my friends about you”

Last week I went back to that fine institution
The cops shut them down – back-room prostitution

They will only apply the rules when it suits them best. And yes, they do have clear favorites that they will never admit to having. Modding should be impartial like a judge is to a trial. If not, they are removed from the case. Same mantra should be followed here. Wont see it but saralynn13 I get your frustration.
