It's the season of giving, sadly to many that involves physical gifts rather than expressing and giving your feelings. Having said that, I'd really like to give a shout out to all the mods who put in time and deal with a lot. Many don't realize what they volunteer to do on a daily basis, even when having a bad day but being a previous mod I do. You may not have to like them and they do not have to likevyou, but you should respect the things they're forced to put up with that non mods have the luxury (the ability to ignore, need I say more?) of not having to put up with. Many things go on behind the scenes and you'll never know about, but we have a solid base of mods ready to help out the room at any given
larapinoes revenge - yeah, it's hard for me to compliment an Islanders fan (Let's go Rangers, should have picked the better team) but you've been here for a while , you offered your help when HR needed it as did the room. You and Kylie bring a unique way of modding in the room with harmless joking. You may not chat much but you do your job.
Kylie - Your dry humor/sarcasm reminds me of my grandfather's, you crack me up at times and you're never phased by what goes on. You seem to take the attention off some users who might be getting disruptive with people fighting.
BiteMe - I may not be on often when you are, but I've seen how you mod and you definitely have handled yourself well. I remember before you were a mod and I first saw you (no this isn't going to be romantic) and even then you handled yourself well when random knuckle daggers were trying to troll you. Just this morning I witnessed you handling something well that would have caused most people to put their heads through a large mounted 4k TV.
Sally Stitches - First off, what is this crap? When are we going to play Xbox? Anyways, you're another one whose wit makes me laugh. You have a very busy life from what I gathered yet take the time to log on and do your job. I don't think I'd be able to juggle being a parent and having the thick skin to put up with what goes on but you do.
ThatOneChick - Another mod I'm not on at the same time with but always a pleasure. I told you this before but you're a very sweet person and although we have different views, we've respected each other and said views which is a hard bond to have nowadays. I just wish I was on more often when you are because you're good to talk to about politics and getting to see other
Irish-L - The momma bear of the room. I'm glad you're a mod, you're able to defuse issues and like the other mods, have tons of patience. I've seen some come at you daily and you give them ample chances to behave before taking action. I'm not sure if Ireland needs one but America could use a good hostage negotiator. I think you may be the only mod who enjoys my off the wall humor too which is a plus because I can
DESS - You're the first mod I met when I logged on a Saturday and was watching the old XMen animated series on Disney + but sadly, you like a guy whose special powers is throwing around cards like an angry man at a Casino who was just served his divorce papers, sorry but Spiderman is my favorite hahaha. You've been here for years, yet you've kept your cool in every situation where most would lose it. You've listened to me vent about room issues and have looked out for me, plus you have good taste in music.
Modding isn't for everyone and just because one wouldn't be fit to mod, doesn't make them a bad person, but it takes a special personality to be able to do a job for free that requires a lot of ups and downs at times. I wouldn't have stayed on this site if you all weren't here and that's the truth because I left another site that had no mods. So anyone who complains about the mods, it's just chat, but you're in better hands with these bunch because they're there to help you all with whatever may be going on.
