First time doing this but it has to be done.

I was erroneously kicked for 5 mins (no warning) for "gay bashing". Firstly, I wasn't gay bashing, secondly where was the warn or mute?

After my 5 mins had expired I came back in, asked HR who kicked me and why, and was IMMEDIATELY kicked for 2 hours for kick evading.

I suspect this was done by DESS, it wouldn't be the first time I've been "accidentally" kicked with no warning due to her disdain for me.

I had not said a word to this mod all day (pretty much for weeks now IIRC) , clearly this is a personal attack and nothing to do with rule breaking.

Pretty ironic considering this is the type of chatter she was using earlier in the day...


EDIT: I hear through the grape vine she is currently on a kicking spree, for things I saw people receive warnings/5 min mutes for last week, they are all currently getting 2 hour kicks. Are we witnessing another moderator snap?

I witnessed all of this and he is right, Dess was being unfair. She also claimed to "accidentally" kick him the other day, which I also witnessed. I then got a 2 hour kick for calling her the c word. She was acting ridiculous and obviously has a personal vendetta for some people.
 
Also might I just point out that maybe the reason people are leaving gc is because some mods can kick genuine ******** like me for calling them one nasty word but let trolls say the most disgusting, violent, offensive dirty things and allow pedophilia to happen right under their noses.
 
Dess has been completely targeting Drew in her kicks, due to a personal vendetta. She is angry that a prior mod is in the chatroom, so she looks for every reason that she possibly can to kick him, and she does. There are several instances where ******** actually are gay bashing, and Dess never does anything, and Drew did not gay bash here. Further, he waited the allotted time before entering the room, and still got kicked. This isn't okay and we are sick of Dess using her power to kick people she personally doesn't like. People just want to come and chat, and they shouldn't be kicked just because she doesn't like them.
 
I'd like to add that I was also kicked for no reason as well. Apparently I accused DESS of being a 'drunk', yet I simply jokingly asked how many drinks she'd had, then about 10 minutes later when I was talking about drinking to someone else, she took it to be something about her and kicked me for 2 hours. I think that if a mod isn't in a state to be able to moderate the chat fairly, they should mod down and let someone else take over until they're in a better mental place to actually enforce the rules.
 
Even if all these allegations were true (many of them are not) mods are not supposed to be kicking for 2 hours without mutes or warns for these offenses. I know this as a former mod, and as a mod who was erroneously 'disciplined' for being the only mod to kick for 2 hours.

Mods need thick skins as I've been told many, many times. Just cos DESS got her feelings hurt does not give her the power to treat the chat room as her own little vendetta playground.

Honestly, I'm not thrilled with HR for letting this play out either.
 
i have never spoken a word to drew or sboat or schims in months...though you come in to chat every night and troll...then you decide to troll me which again ive done nothing to any of you ...but you were gay bashin ALEX and after warned by both mods you still cont. then rolled names over and over again to again troll the room..and one asked if i kicked drew i said yes...and i was called C#$ for it...i know you guys are buddies..but ex mods make the best trolls...right drew?..classy move..and ive never had a convo with sboat in the seven years ive been in this room...its funny how its OK FOR YOU to troll argue cuss kick evade call everyone pedo gay dumb drunk what ever ...as long as people are agree with you ..well i dont mod abuse...and id like to see where ive taken anything out on any of you .. if you look at history ..ive kicked each of you ONE times MUTED never ....soooooooooooo theres that and as for my "kickin spree"...three people ..smh..as i am posting this ...sboat is in main chat ..clearly kick evading..YET again..but its all me...breakin the rules ..which you have yet to prove ...but i proved mine ..many times over:dontknow::clap:

Just because you disagree does not mean it's trolling. Regardless, this means nothing, follow the moderator guides re trolling, you can't kick for 2 hours willy nilly at your whim.

Screenshots please, I'm not known to gay bash, I hadn't said one thing resembling homophobia to ALEX, nor did I see any warnings. I'd love SSs of the warnings, too, though just because I did not see them doesn't mean it didn't happen.

This is speculation. I have never rolled names or used VPNs, please prove this. If you mean sboat was doing this, then its irrelevent.

This is in direct conflict with what you claim I said to you today.

You know we are, Yet you assume I had to reroll names to find out what was going on in there after I was kicked? I am not responsible for the sins of other ********, please leave your speculation and feelings at the door, mods need thick skins.

The first screenshot shows a kick of 5 mins for gay bashing. I didn't gay bash, and I'd love the see screenshots to the contrary. The second screenshot shows the 2 hour kick for kick evasion that did not happen.

And its not kick evading if you wait out the 5 mins and come back. Again, if there are Screenshots of me kick evading, I'd love to see them, cos this is news to me. I asked some friends who were still present in the room to inquire about the kicks, however never did I reroll names. Sorry, you weren't there and I have several witnesses.
 
I thought the procedure was a mute and warning for swearing? How can swearing be an instant kick? I wasn't harassing or trolling anybody, I have been a regular chatter on gc for years and if you will ask anybody but Dess, nobody thinks I am a troll. I am really confused. Never had a problem with any other mod, it's like she has it personally in for me.
 
Also note this is the first complaint I have ever made about a mod in 4 years of being on forums. So there is that.
 
Yes, and the procedure for homophobia or gay bashing (at least when I was a mod in 2020) was a warn -> mute -> kick.

Even if we entertained her and said all of this was true, it doesn't really change the fact that procedure was not followed. She simply saw red and started handing out the kicks. Add to the fact that none of these accusations are substantiated and it reads more like damage control.

More than most, as an ex-mod, I know what the mods go through. This is why I do not do this lightly. However this would not be the first time that DESS has not followed procedure and erroneously kicked ******** over emotional reasons. I have not made complaints before due to the lack of screenshots to back up the claim, however seeing as that is what is happening to me here, I recall times where DESS has shown favouritism to ********, refusing to kick over c words, covering up for Snoogs posting porn, ignoring racism, ignore death threats etc etc etc.

Drew -Piladies: To being clarity to this, if you were matchstick- you were kicked for 5 minutes. A whole 5 minutes and this drama is needed......... your reason for kick says you were kick evading at the time you should be kicked. I assume thats why you were kicked for *evading* the OG kick listed was for *gay bashing* it appeared to me there was chat about a chatter *needing to justify their gayness etc etc while arguing* and warnings after an argument grew about the gay remarks. I reviewed the reason for kick and it shows you were kicked at the same time you were in room (but were supposed to be kicked)

Dess kicked for 5 minutes, after some exchange with you and Sboat - 5 minutes after warned isnt a death sentence is it.

Sboat I will edit this when I review your situation- I did see a fair bit of calling someones a drunk* kind of chat looked egged on to me perhaps had something to do with the *gay bashing* drama and of course several IP rollers appeared with drunk remarks etc....

Schism: you butted into the drama on main, and called a moderator the c bomb at a very inopportune moment is what I saw- why- because she kicked your bestie for 5 minutes As to your remarks about gen chat, atm there is 400 ********. Every morning I see 300. Numbers are good.


And now, instead of dealing with 400 ******** myself, Im here answering to a very weak complaint by a an ex mod over a 5 minute kick- who appears to have sour grapes over his dismissal for being to harsh on ******** by his own words.............. Im sorry Drew, thats how I see this.

I called her the c word twice and was kicked for 2 hours with no warnings or mutes. Surely that's not the procedure for mods?
I said something because I thought it was glaringly obvious that she was being unfair, and NOWHERE did I see Dre do any gay bashing. I will say something when I see someone being targeted for no reason. Are we going to address the elephant in the room now and why mods let males send sexist violent crap to women and why pedos are allowed in and don't get kicked? Would love your input HR.
 
Like I've literally reported ******** who have threatened me with sexual assault and they don't get kicked.. So I mean I'm confused at the double standard

That explains this issue to me. That was not me, rather Sboat, it was one of the last things I saw before being kicked for evading despite waiting out that 5 min mute. If procedure was followed and I was muted not kicked, this could easily have been explained.

This also explains a lot. This was directed to the ALEX JONES chatter, who was self confessed to be under the influence. Please warn me or mute me next time if this is in violation of rules.

If you have ANY screenshots to the contrary, please provide them. This seems to mostly be a case of mistaken identity with a whole bunch of damage control layered on top to cover up mistakes.

No one forced you to, nor is the issue simply about a 5 minute kick. Please don't misrepresent my complaint, it's pretty plainly there for people to see. Redirecting ******** to the forums to make complaints is pretty moot if you guys are going to cover up, misrepresent the complaint and make fun of the ******** for doing so.

again i havnt spoken to you in months...you however love to talk about me.....id love to know how your point was i target you?..when ive kicked you ONCE...and you say things to me EVERY SINGLE TIME you see me in chat...i think its you that has the issue with me..you were warned..as was sboat...the other complaint i wont even respnded to again... i pmed the convo to who it matters to..you were there ..i dont need to prove a thing to you..ive said all ill say in this matter....as you all are now in chat ..trollin the mods ..and we havnt done a thing..as i said before classy move dude..."you all" meanin the people in this complaint...not youself...
 
Not sure about any of this I seldom chat but I have been in room recently and neither Dess or HR Puffenstuffer neither one kicked me. I will point out I am ex mod, and more. Also Teh Corc another ex mod not seen her kicked. And I might add my content does get a bit blue when I am chatting with Thor and Modern Mom.
