Gettiing account back from unfair ban

Iki here (original username of the account that got banned on 15th january around 5:20 - 5:40 pm Phillipines time).
Got banned from teen chat
Got banned with a reason of spam when i barely even text in the public chat
Kicked for like 40-60 mins while i am texting like right now
I talked with mod Ale . she gave me the link, she said the system caught it and accidentally banned.
So please help me get back my account asap
