Getting permanent ban message

Hi the teen chat login page is saying my internet provider has been detected as fraudulent and I am permanently banned, it is one of the biggest providers in my country, I have wi fi with a big company called sky and my family have mobile data by a big company called three, whichever I use I get a permanent ban message, permanent ban for no reason on my apple device was ok before an iOS update if that helps can someone please help , I have done nothing wrong, we have a vpn but is set to bypass for the chat, I even tried disabling it and was still banned, are Apple devices now banned by chat avenue don’t know please help

Hi I think I have may have sorted it, I think safari has got me the permanent ban, I reset safari and cleared all history and data , and used another browser and was able log in ok, so I hope I fixed it, but I don’t know
