Gif profile picture

I like this idea. More importantly many users have asked for something along these lines if doable.

edit: asked for in rooms too- although moving gifs a bigger drain on system in med+ sized rooms.)

Breh we have server wipes every 24hrs what makes you think everyone is gonna have gif pics.
