I hear you sister, but keep in mind that our Admin, not just in Girls Chat but any Admin, has limitations. While I've seen our Admin, (and Mods), work quickly and diligently to oust predatory people, Guests and regular Users, and not just the pervs but those who try and dominate the room with obscene language and those breaking other rules, when it comes to the VIPs you speak of, only the CM can do anything about them. Regardless of the evidence that is presented to the CM, it is still the CM's decision on what to do, and Admins can only shake their heads if their efforts are ignored. It's about revenue; if people see paying customers are getting banned, it's bad for business, plain and simple. Do I wish it were different? Yes, but until the CM realizes paying customers are going elsewhere because of such a bad decision, unfortunately nothing will be done.

To address your comment about evidence not being acted upon; without further details I don't know what to say, but please do not go into here. All I can say is that I, and others, have worked with Mods and our Admin now and then and just in the last few weeks there have been several bans as a result of our producing evidence.

Please do not give up. Change will come and Girls Chat will stay Girls Chat, and will become what it was intended to be, Girls Chat.

I looked over the previous complaint. Nobody should be handing out actions at a users request.

Though what I need to make sure is clear, we (staff) need to see the whole story. The screenshots posted were troublesome, however there is no lead up to the situation shown. Circumstances like this, we need to be able to see all angles and the situation as a whole. Were things said that shouldnt have been in main? Was a mute proper actions based ONLY on what you may have said? Rhetorical at this point, but these things are important when it comes to how staff go about handling a problem.

Girls chat admin replied- and asked the thread to be closed. So it was. Merging since this is the same topic if @Amaisey wants it reopened she can ask any UM.
