The last week, girls chat mobile continues to freeze using both safari and chrome. It will load and then will complete freeze. Can we get some help? I’ve cleaned cookies, history etc and still same issue.

Was it lagging beforehand?

It’s always lagging. That’s nothing new. But now it completely freezes. I have to log out and then log back in and 2-4 min later it does it again.

Does it happen when a certain individual floods the room? If so you have the same issue Irish_lady has and I can let you know the reason

Sometimes yes. But it’s so random it’s really hard to say.

If it'd when he is in and your on mobile phone it's down to amount of data trying to be forced through, he fires through so much your phone can't process fast enough.

It’s weird. Never had this issue before for years. Whatever this new site update is is where the issue has started.

It’s also not always when he’s there. And sometimes he can be spamming and it works just fine.
