Girls Chat Mod Complaint

I was in Girls Chat when a girl was messaging me inappropriately. I checked and two mods were online, so I reported her. The two mods were actively talking in chat when I made my report, but nothing was done. I assumed maybe they didn't see it, so I sent them both a message asking for the report to be checked out before the girl blocked me. I got no response. I get if they were busy with other reports, but they were talking with members in chat and no other people were being kicked. The girl ended up blocking me before anything was done, so now the messages and reports are deleted. PLEASE do better.
 
Just got a response from a mod saying she spoke to the girl and told her to say sorry. Not kicking her, but telling her to apologize?? She was being sexual with me, but wasn't kicked? And no, the girl never apologized.
 
She PMed to apologize for her behavior. You were also leading the chat in order to try getting this person kicked. She is a minor, you are a minor, and she has no other infractions. She was issued a warning to stop from a report you sent, then seeing she wasnt automatically kicked, you became angry. We dont not seek to kick people unless absolutely necessary, if shes willing to change her behavior then we will seek fairness. If that doesnt change, then we will proceed with further action.

Also keep in mind that the mods are doing it as a volunteer thing on their own time, so sometimes they may have to be away from their device to use the bathroom or grab a snack or something to drink and may not see a report right away. Just give em time and it never hurts to send them a pm along with a report if you think it’s something that needs immediate attention.

I was not leading the conversation whatsoever. Whenever she said something inappropriate, I responded with "oh" and reported, hoping you would kick her. Just because she is a minor doesn't mean she can't be inappropriate. She said multiple things that were inappropriate, not just one, even after I expressed that I was uncomfortable, so clearly she wasn't looking to change how she was acting.

The mods were actively typing in chat as I made these reports, which is why I'm upset. I also did send both of them a pm

She indeed did make one comment, which wasnt even overly sexual at all and was in reference to herself and her body, not towards you whatsoever. You reported a conversation you were actively having instead of just reporting. When you lead, we have no way to know if its an act or if you are into whatever is being said. Again though, in this situation, the comment said was the user complimenting herself. Not a classy thing to say, but also not the end of the world. She was asked to stop, apologized and said she wouldnt say things like that anymore. That good enough for me and hopefully you have blocked the other individual.

Lastly, after her warning, there were no more reports from you, so she did indeed change her behavior. Since this 5min incident has been covered, this will be my last reply and our room admin Amaisey will add whatever she sees fit 🙂

She told me she gets turned on a lot and believes her breasts are her most distinct feature. That was very sexual of her to say, even though it was not about me. I responded "oh," hoping she wouldn't block me so I could report her and she be kicked. I haven't made anymore reports because I've been on here, not in chat. She told me before blocking me that she'll make sure to be more discrete about her messages, telling me that she won't in fact change her behavior
 
All I'm asking is that when someone makes a perverted comment, whether it's about them self or not, that they be kicked instead of given a slap on the wrist. Men who make sexual comments about themselves are kicked, but she isn't
