Should mods call a guest an it. Emmauk called a guest an it because she thinks he's a creep. I said she shouldn't call anyone an it . Then she accused me of supporting creeps because I mentioned she shouldn't call anyone an it. So my question is is it allowed for mods to call people an it. Because I'm pretty sure if a regular user called anyone an it then it would be harassment. I'm just wondering what admins ang mods think of mods calling people an it. Also if calling people an it is allowed then calling trans people an it which is transphobic is allowed to.
 
I dont believe a predator being called an "it" is offensive even in the slightest. I also know Emma very well and this statement wasnt used to identify someones gender. If you want opinions, sure we can leave this open for a little unless a UM decides otherwise.

i saw it happen Emma handled it well Corey just needed to whinge about something. Weve both seen blatant offensiveness before this was nothing more than Corey wanting attention
 
Calling anyone it is offensive and bullying. I had people call me an it and when I have complained nothing happened at all. People using it to refer to a person is done so to be an ass and dehumanize people. Even if you don't like some one you shouldn't name call them and call them an it. I guess calling trans people an it is allowed then because that isn't referring to their gender either then. Making up rules for some and rules for others is something that happened in Germany in the 1930s.
 
Calling a trans user an “it” does get you a ban.

However i draw the line at the feelings of predators being hurt or for dehumanising them, as you’ve stated. They dehumanise people indefinitely. **** the feelings of peds
