I just want to say one thing honestly

Everyone should get a fair chance to become a moderator. It should not depend on who your friends are or who you know in the room.

A moderator should be someone who can be fair with everyone, follow the rules and take action when someone is abusing, spreading hate or breaking the guidelines. At the same time innocent people should not be punished just because of personal issues or friendships.

I am not mentioning anyone and I am not here to create drama. I just feel that everyone who is willing to do the job honestly should at least get a fair chance to prove themselves.

Give people a chance and judge them by their actions. That is what fair moderation should be.

Sir you need to be talentless, petty, micromanaging, lacking in true life ambitions and willing to give your precious free time on this planet that will never come back and you'll forever be lost to the cold uncaring darkness, the void of oblivion while everyone remembers you for maybe 30 minutes after you're in the ground, mostly because they have to be paid for the inconvenience as worms are eating your dead decaying flesh to do a job that should be paid but isn't.

This is a respectable place and demands qualified people with low self esteem that don't want to even be a footnote on the tapestry of history, not only is their existence never going to be mentioned, but the guy that writes their obituary will probably forget what their first name is and just guess.
