What about Tartu and Sillamäe? Popular with tourist and of course locals.
last time i was in tartu was back in 2011 and I didn't go further than bus station and I have no idea where is sillamäe

i find it odd that theres no tripping especially since almost all of europe seems to be big on the whole paid 4 weeks off thing.

every european country have their own laws and rules not every country are the same and being off from work doesn't mean u have money to travel specially in Europe ,
