Got banned for no reason

My account was called adam18 it was on sex chat .
Recently I logged onto sex chat to find that my account was permanently banned for no reason for which I know, I belive I followed all the rules of the chat and I never got into trouble as such I don't understand why I have been banned.
Please could you guys and girls help me out.

Your account is not banned and has no rules violation history to date . Please try yo.vjearvall chache ,reset router,reset device n try log in back .pls aupdate us of the outcome . I can't do a test ban fir you as room is lagging for me at the moment but I ll get Jen to do it.
