Got IP banned for "spam". Can someone please help me?

My Username is "Andrew Graves". I was on Adult Chat before I got IP banned for "Spam" while I was talking in Private messages with a friend. Can the administrator please reach out to me and appeal my ban?

I have lifted the ban but I let you know the triggered word later ..I guess something to do with the word selling. But I ll reconfirm.
