Got kicked from girls chat a moment ago for "double account"

So can someone explain this? My sister in law was talking with me about my brother wrecking his truck, and she got kicked out of chat, then I got kicked for "double account". I've got enough fucking stuff going on right now with without a mod giving me ****.

I'll go ahead and tag @-KandyKarina- (a Moderator) and @Enchantress (the Admin) for you.

If you were using two accounts to chat in the Room at the same time... that is kickable in basically every chat room across this site. Are you and your sister-in-law accessing the Room from the same IP, by chance?

This is the only account I use. It's registered through my ***** account. Had a **** day with family in the hospital, came in chat to try to zone for a bit and destress, then I have some fucking mod fucking with me.

Your account from the kick is showing you as double logged, If you and someone else is showing on the wifi you’ll be removed for double logging, which isn’t allowed.

Different rooms will treat it differently, so sometimes you’ll be muted, kicked, or banned. Really depends 🙂

I'm the only one on my internet connection. I log in from my desktop on an ethernet cable. So no one else would be logged in from here. My sis in law lives in fucking Richmond, 15 minutes away. So no, don't try that ****.
 
The only person I was talking to was my family. She was logged in under some variation of her first name - Anastasia. And she lives in an entire nother town.
 
So is there some way to prevent this **** if my kids are on the site the same time as me? That's why I registered with my personal damned g-mail in the first place.
 
It changes from room to room - sometimes lisa1, sometimes lisa2, etc. dunno why. but I always use my g-mail to log in
 
The account is a guest account, so the name can be changed whenever the person decides to enter the room. Ill be in the room for a while, if your kick is up in less than 50 minutes now, please PM me when youre in after that. The other option is to PM @Enchantress on here as shes our admin and prefers these things sent directly to her so it can ensure she receives the complaint/concern.

I'm not looking to cause grief for anyone, tbh. Just being fucked with after having family getting messed up in an accident, trying to talk to my sis in law an having the mod fuckin kick her, then the "lol" in my kick message pushed way too many buttons. This **** ain't a laughing matter. Don't mock people like that especially when dealing with having a sibling in the damned ICU!

The "lol" was the name of the guest account used on your IP, not a chat expression. Like I said, we can further discuss this in PM or you can message Enchantress on here by clicking her name in my previous message 🙂
 
Understand your frustration. Your kick should expire soon (if not already), and hopefully resolved via PM with the mod. However, if you have any further concerns/questions please private message @Enchantress per her request all complaints are to be sent directly to her privately.
