Got kicked without any investigation. Mods just listening to what an user said.

Identification: tries flirting with most females but not anyone below 18. Even though it doesn’t say anywhere u cannot flirt with minors; as long as its not sexual. I still dont because it is against my conscience.
Kick DTD: 10/28/2024. CST between 6-6:30 pm. 2 hours.
Reason given: Stop flirting with little kids dude. Shes 15.
Banned by mod Jose without any investigation based on complaint from user Poltergeist.
Proof i wasnt flirting, i joined in from my brothers phone, pmed the 15 y.o. user Autism i was accused of flirting and she clearly said No on being asked if i was flirting with her.
Poltergeist kept on telling me around then “I got you kicked earlier by reporting you and i will get you kicked again” with mockery.
I pmed Jose and reported those comments saying thats fraud. Jose dint respond to the pm and kicked me without investigating the issue or even a warning. I dint even say anything close to sexual or offensive to the user.
I tried uploading the imgur link for the screenshot of kick reason and also the chat where the user denied about me flirting with her.
So idk where is the problem. If its the user Poltergeist being a fraud or if its the admin Jose who is being deceived and kicking user without proper investigation.
I demand justice by the CM taking proper action against Jose and Poltergeist.
Please let me know how do I send the screenshot where the 15 yo denied about me flirting with her.

Btw if a partner flirts with other people behind their partner’s back it’s considered cheating. It’s inappropriate and it’s something you wouldn’t do in front of your partner. I’m 25, I personally would not flirt with anyone under the age of 21. Let alone anyone under the age of 18. That’s not right, it’s disgusting and just down right inappropriate.

Idk where is cheating coming from. And i wasnt flirting lol. The user i was accused of flirting with denied it as well. The image tool doesn’t seem to work, otherwise i wud have uploaded it.
Poltergeist has a personal goal to get me kicked. If i dont find someone attractive i can choose not to respond. Now its childish for them to get mad at me n take it personal.

Its not a law. Haha. 18+ is okay. Lets talk rules rather than whatever you think n feel about metrics

Well 18 is a baby to me 🤣 My oldest niece was born in 2008. I remember when my sister was pregnant with that little girl. I changed that little girl’s diapers. So NO, I would NEVER flirt with anyone under 18, let alone 21. Fück that. I’m only attracted to 25 +

I mean even the ban reason isnt valid even if i was flirting without making sexual comments. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 But here the so called victim of my flirting doesnt think i was flirting with her. Poltergeist and mod thought so 😂🙏🏾

My request is not unbanning me cuz i aint banned lol.
My request is action against poltergeist for fraudulently misleading the mod for her personal grudge
and for the mod to investigate a complaint before taking action. More like do his job seriously lol 🤣🤌🏾🤌🏾
