Hello all
I'm sure most of you have heard of ChatGPT, GPT-4, or the recent hype in the media about AI language models in general, as they are finally reaching the point where they can reliably automate tasks previously only solvable by humans.
This got me thinking, what if a chat administrator could use GPT-4 to classify and automatically remove spam or otherwise inappropriate messages? For example, one could set up a GPT based model that detects if a text string contains certain words in it (in the same way that chatrooms already have word blacklists), but due to its intelligent nature, could also decipher messages that are purposely obfuscated to evade the filter (with accented letters, etc)
In the same way, image classification models could also be used one day to classify and remove inappropriate profile pictures.
What do you guys think about this possibility? Perhaps GPT is not yet stable enough for such an important job to be left up to it, but I could see something like this existing in the future, maybe in the form of a codychat plugin.
