Group call? What does it mean?

Left of the search button is the 'group call' button. For what it is? I'm a registered user.

(I didn't find any information about it, and it is hard to search here in the forum, as I know now search feature)

Calls are able to be made to other chatters as a VIP perk, so you’d need VIP to call others or a VIP member can call you.

I’m unaware of any group call function.

What room is this in regards to?
