Years ago in Steam,I bought half life's third game "Half-Life:Opposing Force",as I played,I noticed a thing,the mouse movements were slow and buggy,I tried to change to another mouse but it didn't worked,so I looked at the settings,I tried to enable lots of mouse inputs but they never worked. I tried to change the sensevity but the same result came,no help. as I tried to find the problem,I saw a setting,"raw mouse input",I clicked on it,it worked. so I suggest trying this option if you have the same problem
