It's Fritos chips, chili with or without beans, and a bunch of shredded cheese on top of it ALL. All mixed together. It is good and yummy. It's delicious.
Chili is one of those things that you can make so many different ways and pretty much all of them are great 👌🏻One of my favorite restaurants is skyline chili.
