So you understand while I don't agree with Screem's method, his point is reporting a guest is like thinking about protection on your drive home. It is a useless endeavor.
If Mods kicked every Guests for being rude or harassing the Admins would never have time to handle guests that are really violating the rules and the law.

I think @Screem has been doing this for a lot longer then you have

80 people in that room at best maybe a bit more, buddy, the mods there aren't blind.

They know their user base and the ones that stick out and need actioning.
