Having an issue with accessing any of the chats

I cannot access any of the chats. When I load onto chat-ave it leaves me on a blank page and after a while of loading it says that chat-avenue took too long to respond. Cant use a VPN (learned the hard way). Any help or assistance would be wonderful.

I tagged Chatmaster since you said it's a site-wide issue for you. You can try all the normal troubleshooting things to see if anything helps, like clearing your history and cache, using a different browser, restarting your internet, restarting your device, etc. There were some recent threads similar to yours that were fixed by adjusting VPN settings or simply not using one, so you might want to go digging for those. I couldn't guarantee it's the same issue, though.

If you're having issues with specific rooms that you've tried, you can let us know which rooms and the right admins will be tagged to help.
 
I mean anyone that has a name like facials and confidants and tags the Chatmaster ought to be considered suspicious.
