Hello 👋🏽 I usually don’t do this but I’ve had enough of the negligence and the favoritism going on in this room. If more than one person is telling you about someone being a problem with supporting evidence to prove that person is the problem, why not believe them? Why stick to the side of the power abusing mod? This mod sends unnecessary warnings to people when you state in the room, “ I’ve reported in pms and the room but nothing was done” ….. I was told that “ something was done you don’t always see you also could use ignore”……..I get that people should use ignore, but if I’m reporting the problem than it’s also your job as a staff member to remove the problem. If you don’t like the job than why sign up for it? If I can’t report people and nothing gets done than why get mad at me and send me a warning because I said in the room agreeing with another person about my reports being ignored. Her excuse was “ last time he was actioned not my fault the system has errors”

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 he was still in the room calling me a c word in pms which I kept reporting and she ignored them. This shǐt is too funny.

@Apple Pie you’re one of the worst mods I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m only making this complaint because you’re ignoring flags, why apply for the job if you don’t want to do it? Makes no sense to me. I messaged @TheLeigh with proof and I think I was being appropriate in the messages. I wasn’t mean or disrespectful at all but she ignored it. I don’t know who to go to for my future concerns in the room since we’re always told to use ignore instead of the staff taking care of the problem. The staff would rather warn you and ignore your flags. I can admit that I’ve never liked you as a mod, but that doesn’t mean ignore my flags because of your personal vendetta against me and others in the room. If your personal problems against people clouds your judgement in the room than you shouldn’t be modding. If you have a problem with me telling you that my flags were ignored in the room while you were present than you shouldn’t be modding. Instead you told me “ mod complaints go to the admin”…well guess what sweetie I did and she did not respond 🤷🏽‍♀️ I didn’t even tag you or complain about you in the room, all I said was “ my reports are being ignored” and you warned me instead of removing the guy. Should we not report the problem? Reporting people in the room gets you kicked now? Smh

I just want people to see what you guys have to say in response to this because I was ignored and warned. Enough is enough, do the job or quit.

I will start by saying, you were once a mod- you should know that some actions taken upon others are not shown in the main room, as well as what actions were taken do not need to be explained to you. Although, I did remind you to use ignore, since there seems to be a glitch in the system where those actioned are still allowed to pm others. You felt the need to not tag me in the room but “bash” on me for not doing something when in fact I had. Not to mention a brand new mod was in the room and I was in pm trying to help him with a few things, I did log on to a ton of flags- I guess you never had to experience that before to know they take time as well.
Anyways, I don’t care who you are the “c” word is not one I take lightly, and I will always action on it. I hope you have a better day!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Since you’ve chosen to bring this to the forum, I’ll respond here publicly as well.

As a former moderator, you’re familiar with how things used to be handled in General Chat under the previous administrator. However, many procedures and policies have changed since then, and those changes affect how situations are reviewed and resolved today. These internal processes are staff business and not something that can be explained or justified to individual chatters.

That said, I want to be clear: not all moderation actions are visible to users. Just because you didn’t see a public outcome doesn’t mean your report was ignored. Action was taken, and the situation was handled appropriately by Apple Pie - who, I want to stress, was doing her job.

Yes, there is currently a system glitch where some actioned users can still send PMs. That’s why moderators - including Apple - advise users to use the ignore feature while the staff work behind the scenes. This is not avoidance; it’s a practical step to protect yourself (and your peace) while we address issues.

You were warned not because you reported a problem, but because you publicly implied staff negligence in the room - even without naming names. That kind of behavior creates unnecessary disruption and undermines the moderation team (the same team that you were once a part of), which we do not tolerate from anyone, regardless of their previous role.

Regarding your direct message to me: not receiving a reply does not mean you were ignored. I read everything sent to me but do not respond instantly - sometimes at all - especially when followed by a public thread filled with sarcasm and assumptive accusations.

To be clear: Apple Pie acted appropriately, and she has my full support. If you have genuine concerns, the correct way to raise them is by messaging me privately with usernames, timestamps, and screenshots. That’s how issues get properly reviewed, unless your actual goal was merely to hopefully incite an e-riot.

Posting back-and-forth drama on the forum - especially when you know the proper channel for feedback is direct messaging - will only be entertained for so long. Also, knowing the full facts about a specific situation before trying to bash anyone involved would be my suggestion when choosing to randomly attack personal situations you’re not directly involved in. Rumors are wild and run extra rampant on this site, as you know.

Let’s keep things constructive and respectful moving forward, yeah?
