Hi. This might be impossible, but we have the report option for inappropriate content, I am not sure how it would work but I wondered if it would be possible to get a button to somehow trigger help for other people in the chats. Probably because the chat is kind of anonymous, I have sometimes had people sending me messages with their very dark, dangerously dark, thoughts. I have tried to give good advice, but I'm not qualified, and don't know the right thing to say. I know a lot of times people troll with that kind of thing, but I try to take them seriously just in case. I am not sure exactly how this kind of function would/could work, but I do wish there was something we could do.
