Hey I got banned for illegal activity and then underneath for the reason given was spam ? So I’m confused I did nothing wrong it’s quite frightening actually.

If the reason is spam, you might have just said something that triggered the chat's filter. Sometimes the filter is mistaken and leads to false bans, so don't worry yet.

Yes, just in case the materal that the user was banned over was illegal. If you know you did nothing wrong, don't worry. Once the admin @Inkandtatts gets the time, he'll explain the ban reason (and maybe unban you depending on what it is) 🙂

Were you chatting on a guest account or a registered account? Do you recall what you were saying prior to the ban?

Have you tried taking your phone off of wifi as mentioned in the thread I linked above?

Have you cleared your history, put your phone off WiFi and network data, on to airplane mode for 10 seconds then back onto WiFi and network?
