Helpppppp . Quiz question answer got me banned

3 days ago i answered a question in Lesbian Quiz with "f*ck week" (without the asterisk) and i got banned. The question was something like "saying what will get you banned by a mod?". Without thinking and bc i report those PMs all the time, i answered. Saw a flash of "this post has been marked as spam", and screen switched to i was banned. The admin has checked my user accounts and said they are not banned, but i am still getting this screen (see my profile pic here) when i try to sign in. Any ideas?????? I been calm till today, but i depend on chat soooooo much for my mental health : (. Starting to freak here.
 
Sitting here thinking about it. Since i was in chat as a guest, could it be that the filter treated me like a bot, and banned "only" my IP address, which would have caught my user account? And thats why the user account doesnt say banned? Shrug, idk, just trying to make sense of it. Have cleared all my cache, cookies, etc, so i dont get it.
 
obviously im not the admin but try clearing your cookies and cache,and if your on mobile turn on airplane mode for 15 seconds then turn it off.

Thanks Osen. I've done that. Didnt work. . seems like a weird glitch has me trapped.
Hoping someone has dealt with this before and will have a solution. I need my chat fixxxxxx 😭😭
 
Welp. i'm not figuring it out. Not really sure how i'm supposed to get a new IP address that Flame told me to get . Sooooo i guess i need help with that now?
 
just to fill ppl in, apparently there are 3 IP addresses. I thought IP addresses went with the provider. Shrug. but i guess my registered account is one IP. And then my old laptop and my new laptop (that i have used for 3 years) have diff IP addresses. Seems the IP for my user account isnt banned, but i still cant get on using the exact same laptop i have been using to come there for 3 years. <insert multitude crying faces> lol
 
i keep wondering if the system treated me as a bot bc i was in as a guest (therefore the User Account wouldnt be seen?) ... i dunno. Still hoping someoneeeeeeee anyoneeeeeee can figure out how to unban the IP addresses that you guys dont seem to show associated with my account. Like ........ is there a search feature you access by IP address? Or is it only by account username?
 
oh and @flame_song , i guess you didnt see my question. Can you just ban my User Account, then unban it? maybe that will trigger something?
Edit: but to acknowledge your private msg i did see you say 'get a new IP' address.
 
okay . i'm getting lost . not used to forums lol. @Akrta , in reply to you saying 'that'll work'. I just need someone to do it lol.
