@flame_song I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get a different IP address, bc you said. My internet provider cannot give me a new IP address. I studied what VPNs are for and downloaded one. I got kicked instantly from ChatAve bc they dont allow VPN (which i already kinda knew). Can you pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee just try to unban the other IP addresses that i found on my 2 laptops? (the ones i gave you in private) I am just an old lady that lives in the middle of nowhere, with no friends or family to help me. Chat is my ONLYYYY connection to people. (i dont work and am on a limited income). I have tried to ask questions in private to you, but i think there is a disconnect between us, because you dont answer them. I am tryinggggggggg so hard to learn and understand what to do. The picture in my profile here is what i continue to see when i try to log in.

PS. i know that what you do is voluntary and i very much appreciate you and the moderators. I dont mean to sound like i dont value your work. Because i do value you all very much. I'm just getting sooo desperate to get a connection back to chat and get the thoughts out of my head that overwhelm me when i am isolated.

EDIT: or if someone, anyoneeeeee could try banning my useraccount and then unbanning like i asked before. If a moderator reads this, i would happily give you my Username in private, if you can try it. 😢😢

Yayyyyyyyyy it's all fixed. Banning and unbanning seems to have fixed it!! Tyyyyyy @flame_song .
How do i mark it as 'solved'? i saw that that is a thing here when i was popping around the forums.
