Hi I am really worried am 14 and I use a vpn for safety i went on to a chat room and it stopped me I did not know you are not allowed to use them I am really scared because it said all data will be given to police and they will find my real ip if I need to I can prove my age and send a picture to admin or who I need to I am sorry just really scared right now it is 3 am and can not sleep.

What chat room are you trying to access? As a 14 year old, do not go into any chat 18+ and you wont have any issues age wise.
 
No I just had a vpn on no sighn up or anything done I just tried to click chat avenues chat I need help I am sorry scared
 
It said police will be contacted I don't think I tried to enter a chat room it was just the main page were the chat rooms are the website said everything will be given to the police I'm really sorry for everything I just don't want police

Only if you commit an offence on this website that would warrant law enforcement to be contacted. If all you did was try to access with a VPN, you should be fine. You just got the default VPN block message.
 
I trust you I'm just worried it said they are contacted but thank you it wasent a blocked page warning it was like a full page of like writing that my vpn ip was recorded and given to local police

Please mention room and user name.
Where as using VPN it's not a capital offense. It is certainly is against the rules. Sometimes trolls can kick evade using VPN.

@Jack118 There is nothing to worry about; using a VPN is not a criminal offence in many jurisdictions. Therefore, you do not have to worry about being litigated over using a VPN. That it is to say, that even though using a VPN is against the site rules (even though many users are using a VPN, and are not inherently malicious, just from countries that block Chat Avenue).

Honestly, I commend your efforts at trying to project your privacy on a chat room. Don't let anyone tell you that you're malicious for using a VPN. Unfortunately, your options are ceasing using the VPN you're currently using and using your bare IP address, or finding an improved VPN service that is not currently blocked by the site.

By the way, confirming your identification to an admin is absolutely not necessary. Frankly, it's a dangerous idea. Submitting your ID on the forums is insecure.
 
Ok thank you it was just a little scary cause the put on the warning if you are using a vpn on accident there is a zero percent chance of it and police contact will be made to find my real ip but Thant you

I think the your IP could be reported is on every kick. I think if you purchase VIP you may be able to use VPN not sure.
As a former mod users who had VPN many times would evade kicks that way. Maybe the UMs can chime in @TheDifference @Inkandtatts @TheLeigh @Lisblanc @Samwise your wisdom is needed.
