Yea not knowing how long a user has been here will so helpful to Admins and Mods trying to take action of appropriate measure!
Or in the search for new mods.

Lets see so every time I have a report made that is iffy and may hinge on how long the user has been part of the site rather to PM them or put a warning in the record .... I'll wake up The Difference he won't mind!
