Hi there, we understand and appreciate your concern about the chat but mods cannot be online 24/7 as everybody has their own life going on so everybody just lives outside of the chat room for a bit, when a mod is on they make sure to keep everything clean and tidy up the place. You could always help by using the flag report button and/or message one of the active moderators with your specific situation if you wanted help with something, Goodluck.
all of this is good but one part "when a mod is on they make sure to keep everything clean and tidy up the place." now is that is very debatable
