still bloody sore as hell after my fall on the ice after attempting a triple salchow landed it the first time felt confident to do it again but fell badly on my knees theyre badly bruised that will teach me me for being a ****y show off lol
LOL - heal soon! I really need to go skating when winter arrives!
OT: Do have the flu! Feel shìtty but it's so nice to be home! Early night tonight after some food and some chill out time in front of the box!
