Ouch! Yours sounds a whole lot like mine. I can feel your pain!

Mine is lower back, right hip, down the right leg. Keeps me from being able to walk comfortably. It ruined me as a teacher/professor because I couldn't walk more than 20-40 feet without having to sit down and rest. I have Degenerative Disk Disease where the disks in my spine are slowly disintegrating. It's the reason I am now on disability. Injections help, but they wear off and I am right back where I started. Last MRI said no ruptured disk this time, so they are slowly doing tests to find out where this pain is coming from and why. Yeah, I'm not holding my breath.
