Anyways here’s the step to become the admin:

  1. Be a good user and active.
  2. Apply for MODERATOR
  3. Go through the interview process
  4. Get hired as a MOD
  5. Survive mod (50% of my mods are fired)
  6. Wait for me to quit or get fired
  7. Survive mod under the future admins
  8. Wait for future admins to quit or get fired
  9. Climb the ranks
  10. Be a long serving mod
  11. Be the best mod
  12. Get the room admin to recommend you
  13. Have the mod team also recommend you
  14. Prove you are capable of admin to owners
  15. Get hired as ADMIN!

Forgot some exceptions:

  • Log into mod every so often but don’t mod but when an admin is needed you’re right there *cough* *Donut*
  • Have the entire mod team quit on you and mod for a few weeks and boom *cough* *reeebsss*
  • Have absolutely no good mods good enough for admin so find a mod in another site/room and boom *cough* *kevin*
  • Pay $500 for admin *cough* *ofir*
  • Buy the site and make yourself admin.
