How do I talk to the administrator over Ness from Video Chat

How do I get in contact with the boss over Ness from Video Chat? Was booted by him today without posting anything? He is saying that I have Customers!!!
LOL! No customers and definitely need to talk with whomever is in charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nobody said you had customers. I tagged Ness in a complaint thread you made, telling Ness that he had a "customer" which is a colloquial way of informing the Admin of the room that you had a complaint
