How to deal with sugar cravings and iron deficiency?

I apparently have a blood deficiency and get intense sugar cravings. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
 
Eat in small portions. You can eat kale(It's high in iron) as a part of a salad. Eat snacks that has low sugar content (check the label(if there's more than one type of sugar (sucrose, sucralose, fructose, aspartame) ingredient, don't eat it.) Don't drink powdered juices, juice in cans, instant juice. Make smoothies from natural fruits (you can intake that (it has natural sugar)). Add iron-rich foods as a part of a meal. Drink water so that you can be hydrated. This is what I have been doing recently.
