If you mean cam chat goto the lil cog-wheel upper left then scroll all the way down to delete account.
Cam chat uses a diff software then normal chat. Your mileage may vary.

I normally dont try to help people with stupid issues like this but it is rather simple,, just unplug your computer, and throw it in the trash.
