How to get rid of old Inactive accounts

How does someone get rid of inactive old account when you don't know the username or email or password for THOSE accounts? Please tell me so puffnstuff will unbann me from General Chat! old accounts delete after a period of time, yours will also no way I can help with you forgetting your password if you cant get a new one reset via your account.
