To include an image in the body of your post on forums, or on profile pages, you will need to sign up to an image hosting site.
The preferred site of Chat Avenue is Imgur. Imgur is available on any device with a web browser and it has a phone app. The instructions here show how to use it on a web browser but the apps are very similar.
When you're signed up to imgur, go to Images then New Post. Upload your image
If you're on a web browser
On the top right-hand corner of the image, you should be able to bring up a menu that has the following options. Select Get share links (not "Copy link" or "Grab link" - these won't work). Select "Copy Link" on the BBCode (Forums) option.
Paste the code you just copied into your post where you want your image to appear. You can click "Preview" on the top-right hand side of your post if you want to see how it will look before you post it.
If you're on the Imgur mobile app
After uploading your image, long press it and select "Copy Link". On your post, select the image symbol and paste the link into there. Then click "Insert"
