I cannot log on to my chat Avenue account

I'm not able to log into my chat Avenue account I keep putting in the right password but it's saying it's the wrong password. For some reason chat Avenue logged me out of my account when I tried to get back it wouldn't let me.

I tried to log into my chat Avenue account today and it said user not found under recovery I typed in my Hotmail and it said not account not found. I scheduled my chat Avenue account to be deleted today so I'm no longer a user I would be a guest again.

If you've not logged into your account for more than 15 days then it would have auto deleted.

If you don't log in for two weeks or past that time frame it automatically perishes, you will have to create a new account. The vip rank accounts can remain unlogged into even if you don't log in for two weeks ,or more it does not ever get deleted.

How long has it been? The account may have auto deleted. Which then you will have to remake one. Old accounts cannot be retrieved.
