I don't understand what happened

Hello admin, I don't understand what happened, on the day around 5:30 PM in the country where I live, I wanted to enter chat-avenue, I always use my home WiFi and I don't understand why the page doesn't load

Unplug then plug in your router
 
With mobile data it does load, the issue is with my WiFi, because when I search for "chat-avenue" on Goo-gle, the page does load and when I click on "chat-avenue", that's where it stays loading and nothing happens
 
I’m in general chat right now on my wifi, talk to your service provider

what room are you trying to access so we may get the room admin here to check on things for you. If others are not having issues than it may be something with your connection.

Anyways, a room and getting that admin here to help is a first step.
 
What seems strange to me is that when I use my mobile data, the page to enter the chat does load, but when I click on "Login" the fields to enter my username and password not appear

I’m assuming you’re trying mobile adult chat if mentioning mobile.

What is your username so they can check the account and do any tests if needed?

Admins *** I am on mobile and not experiencing the issues member is discussing fyi

I believed it's your service provider not chat ave .. may be they have blocked the site.which country are you from ?
I am on both data and wifi ..works fine fir me ..

If profile is accurate they’re from Peru.
 
Hello, good afternoon, I can now enter the adultchat chat on chat-avenue, only using mobile data, but when I want to use my home WiFi it doesn't load anything on "chat-avenue"

May be the wifi setting has blocked this kind of site . Like if you stay in a hotel n use their wifi you don't get this site uploaded here in my area.
